Request : Support the career development of single-parent employees, ensuring that their family situation does not hinder the expression of their potential or their legitimate professional ambitions.
My offer : Facilitation of a series of co-development workshops tailored to employees in single-parent situations
Format :
A cycle of 1.5-hour co-development workshops
In each session, one participant takes on the role of “client,” while the others act as “consultants”
Topics addressed during this first cycle, related to single parenthood, included:
Work-life balance
Managing guilt due to more limited availability or constrained hours
Daring to pursue a promotion, leadership opportunities, or request a raise
Balancing professional expectations with the emotional load of life events such as separation, bereavement, challenges with children, and mental load
