Client : French Asset Management Company
Contexte : Diverging approaches in terms of process and differing views regarding stock selection between two senior portfolio managers within the same team, negatively impacting communication with investors and creating unease among the sales teams.
Request : Rebuild trust and a strong working alliance between two portfolio managers in order to clarify their operating framework, secure the investment process, and reassure both the sales teams and investors.
My offer :
Diagnostic phase (interviews with the portfolio managers, their management line, colleagues/peers) and presentation of a summary report
Framing quadripartite session
Completion and individual debriefing of the TLP Talents© profiles for both managers, to identify how their diverging views and positions may be rooted in personality traits and communication preferences
Three individual coaching sessions per manager, focusing on major vs. minor talents, feedback dynamics, and the complementarity of their profiles
Two mediation sessions, with the option for either party to pause or end the process at any point
Individual closing sessions and a final quadripartite wrap-up
