All our interventions are fully tailored and co-designed with our clients to meet their specific needs. This page outlines our general approach to supporting organizational transformation. For more concrete examples of our work, feel free to visit the “Case studies” page on this site.
Organizational coaching is a bit like acupuncture.
It’s not about addressing a single isolated issue, but rather about activating several interconnected levers to release energy and restore balance—or find a new one.
By identifying the knots that block collective momentum and stimulating the right “pressure points”—leadership, collaboration, role clarity, company culture, communication—our goal is to help the organization regain fluidity and vitality.
As in acupuncture, it all starts with a diagnosis, to understand where the energy is stuck and detect systemic imbalances.
As in acupuncture, the effectiveness of the process relies on building trust and on the capacity to let go, embrace the discomfort of change, and allow time for deep, lasting adjustments to take root.
As in acupuncture, targeted actions can lead to meaningful and sustainable transformations.
As in acupuncture, every support journey is unique and bespoke.
Unlike acupuncture, however, organizational coaching is carried out by a team of coaches.
It can also be delivered in a hybrid mode, working hand-in-hand with internal coaches and/or consultants supporting the operational implementation of the transformation.
Depending on your needs, organizational coaching may include:
Collective coaching of the transformation project team,
Individual coaching of senior leaders or transformation sponsors,
Peer co-development sessions for middle managers,
Workshops with teams,
Talent identification and retention workshops with HR teams.
