Vulnerability is still considered a taboo word in many professional environments—especially in leadership circles.

And yet, without vulnerability:

  • … there is no room for error, and therefore no innovation,

  • … no truly inclusive culture,

  • … and weaker, less cohesive teams.

There is a clear correlation between a culture that welcomes vulnerability and long-term, sustainable performance.
