Japanese art of restoring broken or damaged objects,
not by hiding the cracks but by highlighting them with gold,
Kintsugi is an ode to imperfection and vulnerability.

Marie-Lorraine Rouy
Founder of Hibana Consulting
Consultant, Executive Coach PCC, Speaker

BACKGROUND
After the first part of my career focused on business in the world of Finance and Asset Management (at Amundi and Natixis), where I served as Head of the Global Product Department—and previously as Head of International Marketing and Sales Manager—I chose to focus on my true passion:
supporting individuals and organizations through periods of transformation.
As Head of Talent & Change at Natixis Investment Managers, I:
• Supported Executive Committee members on human side of the strategic transformations they were leading for their teams.
• Designed Leadership programs for “high potentials” and Recognition programs for so-called “silent talents”.

TODAY
I work as a talent strategy consultant , individual, team and organizational coach and speaker , through my company, Hibana Consulting.
I am a PCC / RNCP-certified Executive Coach certified by HEC, International Mozaik and the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
I am also trained in Transactional Analysis, certified in Co-development and qualified to use and debrief the Talents© personal assessment tool.
I have a particular passion for two topics:
• the role of vulnerability in the corporate world,
• the importance of “ silent talents ”.

AND ALSO...
I am the mother of Martin, Axel
and Josephine.
I love authenticity, symbolism, simplicity, and gentleness. But also humor and self-deprecation.
I recharge my batteries by doing puzzles or crosswords.
My ambition in life: to help cultivate sparks around me.
